Your privacy is important to us. This privacy statement explains the personal data Sergent Results Group processes, how we process  it, and for what purposes.

We offer a wide range of services and products, including documents, templates, websites, web files, links to other websites, and password-protected access to these resources.  We will also make learning materials available on a variety of websites.

Personal data we collect

Sergent Results Group collects data from you, through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products and services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make, including the services, products and features you use. We do not obtain data about you from third parties.

Product & Service data we share with you

We provide files to you in common Microsoft Office formats, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word and for ease of printing, share many documents in Adobe PDF format.   If you are an end user of a Microsoft or Adobe product or account provided by your organization, please see your organization for more information.  We use SharePoint and Google Drive as apps to share files.

Product & Service data we store for you

We provide access to our SharePoint sites and Google Drives to ease your communications with other team members and make it possible to store, edit and view documents that you create with unique, discrete permissions and passwords assigned to you and your email address.  We also collect information directly from you to reach you by phone, or to reach your organization about your status as a user of our services. Please do not share your password with anyone.

We ask you to never place HIPAA information or files containing it on the SharePoint sites and Google Drives.

You have choices when it comes to the technology you use and the data you share. When we ask you to provide personal data, you can decline. Many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide data required to provide you with a product or feature, you cannot use that product or feature. Likewise, where we need to collect personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, and you do not provide the data, we will not be able to fulfill the contract. Where providing the data is optional, and you choose not to share personal data, some features like personalization will not work for you.
